On March 26-27, Krasnodar hosted an inter-regional meeting on the issues of assessing the quality of education for the regions of the Volga, North Caucasus and Southern federal districts.

The event discussed the development of forms of independent assessment of the quality of education, their organizational and technological support; improving the quality of work of experts; the effectiveness of the implementation of public surveillance; increasing the transparency of various procedures for assessing the quality of education, the experience of applying promising models by the regions.

The meeting was attended by representatives of 26 regions, including regional educational authorities, regional information processing centers, as well as a member of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education, Culture and Information Policy L.N. Glebova, Deputy Head of Rosobrnadzor N.G. Yaroshenko , director of the Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements (FIPI) A.G. Ershov, director of the Federal Testing Center (FCT) S.G. Timofeev.
