The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia forbade students to recover in other universities

The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia has published a new procedure for admission to universities. According to the Russian student union, there is no procedure in it that allowed expelled students to recover or enter the second and subsequent courses at another university.

According to the order, admission to training is carried out only for the first year. According to the student union, such a procedure is overly complex and overly bureaucratic and, as a rule, does not allow the continuation of education at the expense of budgetary allocations.

A situation will also arise when students who leave one higher educational institution will not be able to enter another, even if there are vacant budget places.

Let us recall that earlier the procedure for admission to universities, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of December 28, 2011, allowed admission to the second and subsequent courses on the basis of an academic certificate, which indicates the disciplines studied by a student at the university from which he was expelled, or on the basis of a diploma of incomplete or complete higher education.
